There are a few things that you should take care of:

The food you eat is a good indicator of how immune your body will be to a horde of illnesses and diseases. Eat well, eat the correct adequate that is meant for your body, age, gender, physical activity level. You can’t be hitting the gym like the Rock and eat carbs all day; you are just hurting yourself.
  2. Exercise well: It is not a new thing that physically fit individuals are most likely to recover faster and better from any illness than others that are not physically active. The body will be trained to adapt to extreme circumstances and overcome them thereby making the body see any illness like it’s just another circumstance to overcome.
  3. Rest well: After any hectic day, take the time out to rest your body. Your body can only undergo so much stress until it cannot take it anymore. So please take out time to rest and maybe sleep.
  4. Take drugs: If you have followed the first three, you might likely not need the last one but it’s more healthier when you are feeling unwell and you take drugs to enhance your health and recovery.
